Can I get my deposit back if our plans change and unable to make it?
Unfortunately we do not offer any money back on deposits.
Do you offer any guarantees on live bait?
We don't offer refunds or guarantees on live bait once it leaves our facility.
Live bait can be highly sensitive to changes in climate and environment, factors beyond our control once it's in transit.
Due to this sensitivity, we cannot ensure its condition beyond our premises and thus cannot provide refunds. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
